AthenaOS: business model and milestones
AthenaOS Health Technologies Private Limited is a bootstrapped Indian healthcare software company incorporated in 2026. We are developing AthenaCare, a pregnancy app for memories, family voices and care visit preparation, alongside software for doctors, clinics and care partners.
Our first launch
We plan to launch AthenaCare for expecting families alongside doctor and reception tools for clinic partners. Families can register interest directly, and clinics can request a walkthrough. Clinicians can also introduce AthenaCare to families.
We will validate activation, retention, willingness to pay and support needs before expanding partner workflows.
The proposed business model
Proposed pricing is ₹4,999 per pregnancy for the AthenaCare family plan and ₹1,999 per doctor per month for the practice subscription. Care-partner platform services and integrations are contract-led. Pricing and economics remain to be validated.
Current stage and next milestones
As of September 2026, AthenaOS had no paying customers, live pilot clinics or signed partner contracts. Family and partner experiences are in development. Athena Intelligence is planned; clinical prediction is not a shipped capability.
In controlled internal testing in September 2026, a synthetic journey connected clinic registration, a doctor prescription, partner handoffs and an original report in the patient’s pregnancy-linked records. This was an internal demonstration; live clinic and partner adoption still need validation.
Next milestones include clinic pilots, paid family activation, journey retention and partner handoff validation.
